Chill finsh in 2nd place in the NAHL Central division

With just one game between them and a central division title the Chill lose three dropping them to a second place finish behind Alexandria.  The Chill lost Friday (4-1) and Saturday (4-3) against the Blizzard, who’s end of the season push continued to produced 11 wins of their 12 games in March.

Hanging on to a  9-2 record this season against Austin, the Chill still looked towards the first place finish on Sunday.  The Bruins though had a different idea as they held the Chill to only one goal from Micky Knox in the last 55 seconds of the game.

Playoffs begin this weekend (4/1 – 4/2 @ 7pm) against the Owatonna Express at the OmniCenter.   The winner of the best of five series will face the winner of the Blizzard-Bobcat series on April 15th.    Come and cheer on the Chill as they push for a place at the NAHL Robertson cup playoffs in Topeka.
