ONALASKA – The Coulee Region Chill gave up a lead in the third period, then a North American Hockey League game to St. Louis in overtime.

The Bandits came back from a one-goal deficit after two periods and scored a power-play goal in overtime to beat the Chill 3-2 at the OmniCenter on Saturday.

David Ripple and Ben Jaremko scored to follow a St. Louis goal and give the Chill (6-6-2) a 2-1 lead.

Jaremko's goal, on a power play and assisted by Jake Useldinger and Andrew Pitts, put Coulee Region in front for the only time. Jaremko and Ripple are tied for the team lead with six goals.

St. Louis (10-2-1) has now won two straight with the series sweep of the Chill.

Joe Kalisz, who scored the winner off an assist from Dakota Zaharichuk 28 seconds into overtime, now has seven goals and 18 points through 13 games.
